Datadog Service Level Agreement

(g) If this Contract is terminated in advance by the Customer in accordance with Section 7 or 14(a) or by Datadog pursuant to Section 14(b)(ii), the Customer is not required to pay the Fees after the effective date of termination. In all other cases, whether Customer and its authorized users have access to the Service or use it at the levels indicated in the Subscription or elsewhere, Customer is responsible for paying all fees until the end of the Service Period. For many companies, not recovering their SLAs is a problem almost as serious as downtime. In addition to creating informative dashboards, you should set up alerts that are triggered as metrics approach internal and external SLO thresholds.
